Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our rubbish removal services in Toowoomba.
How much does rubbish removal cost in Toowoomba?
Pricing depends on the volume and type of rubbish. Most single-item pickups like a couch or fridge start from $80. A ute load runs around $180-$250. Full truck loads for house cleanouts range from $350-$600. We always give you a fixed quote before we start — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Do you offer same-day rubbish removal in Toowoomba?
Yes. If you call before midday, we can usually get to you the same day. We service the entire Toowoomba region including Highfields, Middle Ridge, Rangeville, Darling Heights, East Toowoomba, Newtown, North Toowoomba, Harristown, and Drayton.
What happens to my rubbish after pickup?
We sort everything we collect. Recyclable materials like metal, cardboard, and glass go to local recycling facilities. Usable furniture and household items get donated to Toowoomba charities like Lifeline and Salvos. Only what cannot be reused or recycled goes to the tip. We aim to divert as much as possible from landfill.
Do you handle green waste and garden rubbish?
Absolutely. We remove tree branches, grass clippings, shrubs, soil, and all types of garden waste. This is perfect for after a big yard cleanup, tree trimming job, or storm damage. We can take green waste to the Toowoomba Regional Council green waste facility for proper composting.
Can you remove asbestos or hazardous materials?
No. Asbestos and hazardous materials require licensed specialists. We can refer you to a certified asbestos removal company in Toowoomba if needed. We handle everything else — general household junk, furniture, appliances, garden waste, and construction debris.
Do you provide skip bin hire as well?
We are not a skip bin company — we are better. Instead of you loading a skip bin yourself, we come to your property, load everything for you, and take it away. No waiting for delivery, no permits, no heavy lifting on your end. Just call, and we handle it all.
What areas in Toowoomba do you service?
We cover all of Toowoomba and the surrounding Darling Downs region. This includes Highfields, Middle Ridge, Rangeville, Darling Heights, East Toowoomba, Newtown, North Toowoomba, Harristown, Drayton, Westbrook, Kearney Spring, South Toowoomba, Kearneys Spring, Glenvale, Wilsonton, and Centenary Heights. We also service Oakey, Gatton, Dalby, and surrounding areas.
How do I book a rubbish removal?
Just call us or fill out the contact form on this page. We will ask a few questions about what you need removed, give you a fixed price, and book a time that suits you. Most bookings can be done same-day or next-day.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance, so your property is protected while we work. We also hold all relevant waste transport licences required by the Toowoomba Regional Council.
What items can you NOT collect?
We cannot collect asbestos, chemical waste, paint, gas bottles, or medical waste. These require specialist disposal. Everything else — furniture, appliances, garden waste, building materials, tyres, mattresses, electronics — we can handle.
What affects the price of rubbish removal?
Price comes down to volume and type. The main factor is how much space your rubbish takes up in the truck, measured roughly as part-loads: a ute load is around $180 to $250, and a full truck load for a house clean-out is $350 to $600. Heavy materials like soil, concrete, and tiles, or items needing special disposal like mattresses and e-waste, can affect the price. We always quote a fixed figure up front so you know the full cost before we begin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Payment is due once the job is finished and you are happy with the result. For commercial and regular clients we can arrange invoicing.
Will you remove items from inside the house or upstairs?
Yes. We do all the lifting and carrying, including from inside the house, upstairs, or down tight hallways. You do not need to drag anything out to the kerb — just show us what is going.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
Often none. If you call before midday we can usually come the same day, and next-day is almost always available. For large jobs like full house or deceased estate clear-outs, a day or two helps us schedule the right truck and crew.
Is there a minimum charge for small jobs?
Our smallest single-item pickups start from $80. Even if you only have one item like a mattress or fridge, it is worth calling — we are often already in your area and can fit in small jobs around larger ones.
Do you do commercial and office clean-outs?
Yes. We clear offices, shops, and commercial premises across Toowoomba, removing desks, partitions, old IT gear, and shopfitting. We work around your trading hours, including early mornings and weekends, and carry full public liability insurance for commercial sites.
